ACE Group today announced the appointment of Paul Wilderspin as Client
Relationship Manager, UK & Ireland.
Reporting to Nick Lee, Head of Client Management UK & Ireland, Paul will
be responsible for driving ACE’s customer service proposition and
ensuring that the group’s client relationship management programme
delivers a quality of service to clients that matches ACE’s underwriting
capability.
With over 13 years’ insurance experience, Paul joins ACE from Marsh
where he was Senior Vice President in their Risk Management Practice.
Prior to that Paul spent 10 years at AXA Corporate Solutions as Head of
UK Key Account and Broker Development Management.
Paul will be working closely with the other members of ACE’s client
management team, namely Nick Lee (Head of Client Relationship
Management, UK & Ireland), Shaun Edwards (Global Client Executive) and
Louise Joyce (Client Relationship Manager, UK & Ireland regions).
