ACE Group today announced the appointment of Stuart Elliot as Terrorism
and Political Violence Underwriter as it continues to invest in building
its specialist insurance capabilities around the world.

Reporting to Piers Gregory, Terrorism Underwriting Manager, ACE Overseas
General, Stuart will be responsible for growing ACE’s terrorism book,
working closely with brokers and clients to develop terrorism and
political violence programmes. Stuart will be based in London with
responsibility for all of ACE’s markets outside North America; he will
have a particular focus on the UK and Ireland as well as on the Group’s
emerging markets - including the MENA region, where ACE has a strong
presence and sees strong demand for terrorism and political violence
insurance cover.
Stuart has five years of insurance industry experience and joins from
Willis where he was Divisional Director responsible for the development
of the African and Far Eastern portfolio of terrorism and political
violence business. The appointment is effective from January 27th,
2014.
