ACE today announced the appointment of Judy Matthews as Claims Client
Relationship Manager for the UK and Ireland, as it continues to invest
in its client-facing claims management team for ACE’s global accounts
division.

Judy will work closely with both ACE’s business leaders and claims
management teams and directly with clients and brokers to support the
delivery of ACE’s multinational claims proposition. This new addition to
the claims client relationship team demonstrates the success and growth
of both our Global Accounts division and the claims client management
team.
Judy has over 20 years insurance industry experience and joins from
Markerstudy. Prior to that, Judy held leadership positions in claims
management roles within RSA, where she was responsible for operational
performance and client relationships. In her new role Judy will be based
in London, reporting to Graham Lambourne, Multinational Claims Manager
for ACE in Europe. Her appointment is effective immediately.
