PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
ACE Group today announced several notable enhancements to ACE Worldview®,
its award-winning online insurance program management platform,
including a new multinational research tool, an online billing portal,
real-time integrated social collaboration, and the addition of
predictive modeling output capabilities through ACE 4D™, its
next-generation predictive modeling and data analytics solution. In
addition, ACE Worldview is now available to all clients of ESIS, the
third-party claims administration division of ACE, a significant
enhancement that supports claim management activities.
“Over the past five years, we have worked to bring the ACE customer
experience to life through ACE Worldview, our one-stop online program
management system for our clients with complex, hard-to-service needs,”
said Gary Kramer, Senior Vice President, ACE Global Accounts. “From the
beginning, our goal has been to identify significant challenges
confronting clients and brokers, and then to apply ACE’s deep knowledge
and innovative approaches to develop sophisticated technology tools that
help them manage their programs better and more efficiently. ACE
Worldview propelled us to the forefront of the industry and we continue
to build on that momentum with our latest enhancements.”
The ACE Worldview platform provides a number of core functions through
one centralized portal: policy issuance, premium and loss billing,
claims management, and account servicing with easy collaboration with
your ACE team. First introduced for multinational risk managers and
brokers in 2010, ACE was one of the first commercial insurers to offer
an online insurance policy management system to its large commercial
insureds, and ACE Worldview has transformed program management for the
complex insurance needs of multinational clients and brokers. This
award-winning platform was then incrementally and strategically expanded
to additional ACE business lines, with customized dashboards and access
for ACE Construction and ACE Risk Management Global Casualty. With the
expansion to ESIS, ACE continues to harness the best in technology and
deploy its expertise to grow and customize the ACE Worldview platform to
additional product lines.
As the latest business-specific iteration of the platform, ACE Worldview
for ESIS offers a single point of entry for ESIS clients, who can access
a wealth of program information as well as ESIS’ proprietary risk
management information system, ESIS Global RiskAdvantage®.
The new social collaboration capability and predictive modeling outputs
will have a dynamic impact on ESIS clients, who increasingly rely on ACE
and ESIS to provide meaningful information that can be used to help
improve claims outcomes.
The new enhancements to ACE Worldview are designed to optimize and
support clients and brokers in their efforts to meet critical
objectives, and include:
-
Multinational Research Tool: For ACE multinational clients and
brokers, a new capability enables risk managers and brokers to
research global insurance regulations and market practices, covering
underwriting and local policy issuance, taxes and other costs, claims
handling, and local reinsurance requirements. This allows users to see
current information, recent and/or pending changes for more than 200
countries and 19 different product lines. Added functionality also
provides the opportunity to establish specific alerts, and communicate
with ACE experts to get answers to specific questions. In addition,
ACE is incorporating the “Good Local Standard” which demonstrates
usual and customary local requirements in a given country by product
line.
-
Online Billing Enhancement: For ACE Risk Management Global
Casualty, ACE Construction and ESIS clients, billing and payment
information will now be available seamlessly through the ACE Worldview
platform. Clients can make payments and track each account’s billing
status within the web portal, saving time, energy, and paper – an
important update that reaffirms ACE’s commitment to environmental
conservation and sustainability in the workplace.
-
Predictive Modeling and Data Analytics: For ACE and ESIS
clients seeking data-driven insights into many aspects of underwriting
and claims management, thorough predictive modeling outputs and claim
assessment data are conveniently delivered through ACE Worldview.
-
Real-Time Social Collaboration: Clients and brokers can
now, through this one system, connect and communicate with anyone who
has a stake in their ACE program; including underwriters, claims
managers, service teams, and account executives. The ACE Worldview
Community is a virtual underwriting and servicing center designed to
facilitate collaboration among all parties. Clients and brokers who
use this intuitive and efficient tool experience easier communication,
workflow improvements and shorter response times.
“What companies need are tools that help them manage increasingly
complex programs,” said Mr. Kramer. ACE Worldview continues to round out
its platform with robust features that create a better platform for
connectivity between ACE and its clients. “We want to continue to
provide best in class service with easy access and efficiencies for our
clients, and that is our goal for Worldview,” continued Mr. Kramer.
“We’ve listened to our clients every step of the way, and while we are
very proud of what we have done so far, we really believe that the best
is yet to come.”

capabilities in advance of the RIMS 2015 Annual Conference & Exhibition
